Struggling & Special Needs Learners

Bring hope to your family! Join experts and fellow home schooling parents in finding the answers to your child’s learning issues. We are very excited to introduce Dr. Jeremy J. Fritz to the homeschool community at ICHE’s 2010 Convention! He brings extensive experience working with special kids, as well as dedication and passion to the workshops he will be presenting. He will help give you an in-depth understanding of just how your child’s brain works, and where breakdown may be occurring. Once he establishes this foundation, his focus turns to solutions—practical advice and specific strategies to help your student achieve his best!

We strongly recommend Thursday’s Special Needs Track, in which Jeremy will give you a solid foundation for understanding what’s going on with your child in a series of three workshops. Friday and Saturday will bring many helps dealing with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, labels and more and will focus on more specific needs and challenges. These workshops will be extremely helpful, as Dr. Fritz will present and demonstrate practical solutions, strategies, and activities that you will be able to implement in your homeschool!

She brings 25 years of experience teaching special education and learning disabilities curriculums in several states and speaking and writing for home educators for over two decades. She will address the areas of labels, reluctant learners and teaching reading for our struggling students
